Job Summary
To support a growing creator platform, the full-time Customer Success Manager will master the local creator economy, guide brands in aligning their goals with campaigns, and serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, all while working remotely across the US and Canada.
Key responsibilities
- Manage onboarding and customer lifecycle to ensure success and satisfaction
- Proactively identify and drive client retention and expansion opportunities
- Serve as a strategic advisor in user-generated content marketing for clients
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a Seed or Series A stage SaaS environment
- Experience in a high-volume SMB Customer Success role with a consultative approach
- Proficiency in using project management tools, preferably Asana
- Strong judgment in managing cross-functional communications and escalations
- Experience in the creator economy is a significant plus
