Job Summary
To support client success and retention, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will guide clients through implementation, provide ongoing support, and act as a trusted liaison between clients and internal teams while focusing on account growth and relationship building.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and customers, ensuring effective communication and partnership
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing best practices and strategic guidance to customers on modernizing their GRC programs
- Monitor customer health and product usage to proactively engage clients and improve satisfaction and retention
Required qualifications
- 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in a SaaS or technical product environment
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships with strong retention results for enterprise customers
- Demonstrated technical aptitude with data-driven platforms and workflow logic
- Understanding of GRC frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, HIPAA) and ability to translate compliance concepts into actionable outcomes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence both technical users and executive stakeholders
