Job Summary
Focusing on business development and customer retention, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will manage a portfolio of CommandLink customers, ensuring a positive experience through regular communication, upgrades, and product cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of CommandLink's products and support methodology
- Maintain consistent communication with customers to align with their technology initiatives and enhance partnerships
- Implement strategic initiatives to identify cross-selling opportunities and manage proprietary software tools to achieve metrics
Required Qualifications:
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5+ years of experience in enterprise customer account success management, particularly in Cloud Communications and related services
- Proven track record of success in customer lifecycle management, including deployment and retention
- Strong skills in Excel, MS Office, and general software tools
- Ability to effectively engage with customer leadership teams and present information clearly
