Job Summary
Managing relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients, the full-time Customer Success Manager will focus on onboarding, retention, and driving customer satisfaction in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and ensure successful implementation of services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction
- Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in customer success or account management, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of enterprise and mid-market client needs and challenges
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
