Job Summary

Managing relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients, the full-time Customer Success Manager will focus on onboarding, retention, and driving customer satisfaction in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Onboard new clients and ensure successful implementation of services

Required qualifications
