Job Summary
Acting as the primary liaison for existing customers, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will focus on post-sale relationships, driving upselling and cross-selling efforts, managing renewals, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Integrated Account Team to drive revenue growth and retention from existing customers
- Proactively manage the renewal process and convert month-to-month customers to term subscriptions
- Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer onboarding and promoting new product enhancements
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in the Enterprise software market or Internet/Telecommunications industries
- 3+ years in an Account Management or Customer Success role
- Demonstrated ability to deliver revenue results through a consultative-based selling approach
- Experience proposing or deploying cloud and virtualized compute solutions in enterprise environments is highly desired
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced technical environment with multiple tasks or goals
