Job Summary
Owning a dedicated book of customers, the full-time Customer Success Manager will drive revenue growth through effective account management practices, including upselling and contract renewals, while working fully remote.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a specific book of business to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction
- Accurately forecast and track sales performance metrics to meet and exceed targets
- Collaborate with a Business Development Representative to identify and qualify new growth opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in an Account Management or Customer Success role, preferably in technology or SaaS
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of Google's ecosystem or the hyperscaler landscape (GCP, AWS, Azure)
