Job Summary

  • Maximize time to value for customers, ensuring they utilize all aspects of the solution
  • Monitor customer health, proactively address issues, and manage customer expectations

Required Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a professional customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Technologically savvy and willing to learn integration details for several EHRs
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, responsible, and focused on exceeding customer expectations
  • Passion for creating a world-class experience for customers
  • Care deeply about leveraging technology to improve patient care
