Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to drive value realization through adoption and deep business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee accounts, negotiate contract renewals and expansions
  • Build and nurture customer relationships to maximize productivity and value
  • Proactively meet with new customers for effective product training

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Ability to retain and expand accounts for a technical B2B product
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business teams
  • High organizational skills with the ability to manage competing customer priorities
