Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with customers to define success and drive adoption and value
  • Develop deep understanding of customer needs and objectives to ensure proper platform utilization
  • Monitor customer well-being, serve as escalation point for issues, and ensure high satisfaction and retention

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience working with C-Level executives and providing advice
  • 3+ years' experience in management consulting or value selling
  • Understanding of Financial Services and technology trends
  • Experience working with large and complex companies
  • Preferably, experience with roles involving a strong technology component
