Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with customers to ensure they are getting value from products and services

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align customer objectives with company offerings and drive successful outcomes

Required Qualifications:
  • 3-4 years of prior Customer Success or Account Management experience with a SaaS company or digital marketing agency
  • Consultative approach to navigate complex business needs and requirements
  • Keen business sense to understand customer objectives and measure financial impact
  • Excitement to dive into technical details of the product to understand customer use-cases thoroughly
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills
