Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as primary point of customer contact and advocate for customers internally
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and drive product adoption
  • Prepare and run regular customer meetings, coordinate demonstrations, and negotiate annual renewals

Required Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years of customer care experience at the senior executive level
  • Strong business acumen and sense of urgency
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, preferably with experience in PEO or ASO software
  • Presence to lead executive level meetings
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
