Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze budgets and prepare reports, forecasts, and business plans
  • Manage key accounts portfolio, fostering strong, long-term relationships
  • Propose solutions to meet client needs and encourage product upgrades

Required Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of progressive sales experience within translation/interpretation services
  • People management and leadership skills
  • Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role
  • Key account and sales management skills
  • Proficiency in Sales CRM software; experience with Monday software is a plus
