Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for its remote United States Sales and Customer Success team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervising and guiding customer success representatives, ensuring adherence to protocols and providing ongoing training
  • Handling escalated customer complaints, finding resolutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements, tracking KPIs, and implementing strategies to meet targets

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer-Facing role
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, communication, or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office Suite, and other technology platforms used in Customer Success
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
  • Understanding of the intake or call center industry to effectively assist customers
