Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (Contract).
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with customers to understand their needs, concerns, and aspirations
- Analyze patterns in customer behavior to preemptively address potential issues and propose creative solutions
- Champion the voice of the customer within the company to drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrable sales ability with a strong track record
- Proven experience in nurturing and growing customer relationships
- Strong analytical abilities to identify trends in customer behavior
- At least five years of combined experience in sales and customer service environments
- Experience in a tech environment and a passion for creativity is a plus
