Job Summary

  • Advocate for customers and promote successful product experiences

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of customer engagement in Cybersecurity/SaaS or enterprise software industry
  • Experience managing enterprise client portfolios
  • Ability to handle complex projects and conflicting requirements
  • Enthusiastic approach to connecting with customers and understanding their needs
  • University degree or equivalent experience
