Job Summary

A company is looking for a Major WE Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and build customer relationships to promote product adoption
  • Proactively engage customers to provide updates, increase product usage, and identify opportunities for relationship expansion
  • Orchestrate issue resolution, drive customer migrations to advanced access methods, and increase uptake of strategic products

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of related experience or equivalent combination
  • 3-4 years of customer relationship management experience
  • Experience in the technology or telecom sectors
  • Track record of team collaboration, influencing, and stakeholder management
  • Ability to build compelling product use cases and resolve complexities effectively
