Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive customer satisfaction, renewals, and expansions for up to 30 customers
- Manage post-sales relationships, including onboarding, training, and quarterly reviews
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the best customer experience
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Creative, Communication, Business, or Marketing
- 5+ years of customer-facing experience in account management
- Experience in a Creative/Ad Agency or SaaS environment
- Ability to quickly learn design production concepts and consult customers on them
- Proven track record of managing customer relationships and driving adoption
