Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivating trusted relationships with partners and identifying upsell opportunities
  • Resolving escalations, ensuring contract renewals, and coordinating with teams for successful outcomes
  • Meeting capture rate targets and managing partner relationships effectively

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles like CSM or Sales
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and revenue targets
  • Experience in software relationship management, particularly in e-commerce, marketplaces, and/or SaaS
  • Experience with enterprise or mid-market customers and contract negotiations
  • Ability to articulate metrics and dashboards for enhancing account performance
