Job Summary

  • Maximizing digital implementation, retention, and expansion of digital solutions
  • Assisting faculty in implementing and integrating digital solutions
  • Collaborating with Account Managers to drive digital conversions and account expansions

Required Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience
  • Previous customer service, sales support, and tech product support exposure
  • User experience knowledge with a CRM platform
  • Ability to learn and apply technical expertise with new and existing platforms
