Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager in the US (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the success of customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from ROAR & ZenGRC platforms
  • Advise customers on best practices and help them understand the value of using the platforms
  • Drive customer renewals, expansion opportunities, and seamless adoption processes

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience in compliance and risk-related fields
  • Experience with compliance frameworks and risk programs
  • Ability to work with CISOs, CIOs, and Risk Leaders
  • Cross-functional experience and a BA/BS degree
  • Experience with software implementation and GRC Software as a Service is a bonus
