Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, address inquiries, and drive opportunities for account growth
  • Implement strategies for customer retention and satisfaction, identifying risks and solutions
  • Identify and pitch cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services
  • 1+ years of experience in Digital Marketing/Advertising, Connected TV/OTT preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data for strategic recommendations
  • Ability to operate autonomously with critical thinking and problem-solving mindset
