Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish immediate rapport with customers, understand their needs, and address challenges during implementation
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, escalating issues when necessary
  • Advise customers on best practices, recommend process changes, and deliver training sessions

Required Qualifications:
  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years' experience in a client-facing position
  • Prior experience in customer success, implementation, project management, or B2B sales is a plus
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry preferred
  • Flexibility in scheduling to meet customer needs with short turnaround
