Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager in the US (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure customer success, retention, and renewal by maximizing value from ZenGRC platforms
  • Advise customers on best practices, drive adoption, and identify expansion opportunities
  • Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating with internal teams and driving renewals

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience in compliance, risk management, or related fields
  • Experience with compliance frameworks and risk programs
  • Ability to work with C-level executives and drive customer delight
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and project management
  • BA/BS degree
