Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager who will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and optimize digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients, addressing their needs and concerns
  • Create and present detailed performance review reports tailored to each client's needs
  • Analyze campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities and drive effectiveness

Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in eCommerce/retail
  • Proficient in advertising metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate
  • Experience in a client-facing role, building relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and mathematical abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
