Job Summary
A company is looking for a Professional Education (ProEd) Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding process and ensure effective technical implementation of solutions for new customers
- Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshoot complex issues for clients
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, preferably in the SaaS or EdTech industry
- Proven track record of managing and growing strategic accounts
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
- Familiarity with online proctoring solutions and/or educational technology is a plus
