Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Education (ProEd) Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the onboarding process and ensure effective technical implementation of solutions for new customers
  • Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshoot complex issues for clients
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and support
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, preferably in the SaaS or EdTech industry
  • Proven track record of managing and growing strategic accounts
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
  • Familiarity with online proctoring solutions and/or educational technology is a plus
