Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager II (DACH).

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, developing measurable success plans to achieve business objectives
  • Serve as the primary operational contact, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing platform value throughout the lifecycle
  • Monitor performance metrics, facilitate strategic sessions, and advocate for customer insights to product teams
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of customer success experience, preferably in a SaaS, media, or consulting environment
  • Proven ability to identify customer needs and implement long-term technology solutions
  • Strong business acumen and capability to navigate complex organizations
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Bachelor's degree required
