Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager II (DACH).
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, developing measurable success plans to achieve business objectives
- Serve as the primary operational contact, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing platform value throughout the lifecycle
- Monitor performance metrics, facilitate strategic sessions, and advocate for customer insights to product teams
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of customer success experience, preferably in a SaaS, media, or consulting environment
- Proven ability to identify customer needs and implement long-term technology solutions
- Strong business acumen and capability to navigate complex organizations
- Fluent in German and English
- Bachelor's degree required
