- 3+ years of experience in customer success leadership
- Proven track record of exceeding customer success KPIs in a SaaS environment
- Experience in executing strategic customer success programs
- Ability to create and implement effective playbooks and operational methodologies
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product, and Marketing
