Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and apply operational metrics to assess the effectiveness of the Customer Success team
  • Drive initiatives to improve customer retention, adoption, and satisfaction while identifying at-risk customers
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Customer Success team aligned with company goals
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success leadership
  • Proven track record of exceeding customer success KPIs in a SaaS environment
  • Experience in executing strategic customer success programs
  • Ability to create and implement effective playbooks and operational methodologies
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product, and Marketing
