Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage relationships with SMB and Mid-Market employer customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers to ensure they derive value from services
- Develop and implement success plans outlining critical success factors and metrics for customers
- Lead cross-functional projects to meet and exceed customer expectations while identifying new opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SMB or Mid-Market Customer Success or Sales with account management history
- Strong ownership of work with a bias for action
- Project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in HR Tech is a plus
- Familiarity with enterprise CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
