Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage relationships with SMB and Mid-Market employer customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers to ensure they derive value from services
  • Develop and implement success plans outlining critical success factors and metrics for customers
  • Lead cross-functional projects to meet and exceed customer expectations while identifying new opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SMB or Mid-Market Customer Success or Sales with account management history
  • Strong ownership of work with a bias for action
  • Project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in HR Tech is a plus
  • Familiarity with enterprise CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
