Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance customer experience and ensure successful integration and value realization of services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales cycle by verifying customer requirements and fit to standard offerings
  • Capture detailed customer requirements post-contract and define technology solution blueprints
  • Assess and recommend enhancements for technical optimization to meet customer success criteria
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
  • Significant experience as a Customer Success Manager in an enterprise B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience as a customer-facing product specialist in B2B SaaS services
  • Knowledge of enterprise SaaS application stacks and API integrations, with basic programming ability
  • Track record of effective interactions with customers and senior stakeholders
  • Advanced degree preferred
