Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure successful implementation and adoption of their platform with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute personalized onboarding and training plans for new clients
- Establish critical success metrics for clients' influencer programs
- Monitor product adoption and collaborate with team members to identify growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, preferably with global enterprise clients
- Strong understanding of SaaS technology, particularly in marketing or communication ecosystems
- Experience in beauty or influencer marketing is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience working in a consultative capacity with clients, including running workshops and delivering presentations
