Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure successful implementation and adoption of their platform with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute personalized onboarding and training plans for new clients
  • Establish critical success metrics for clients' influencer programs
  • Monitor product adoption and collaborate with team members to identify growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, preferably with global enterprise clients
  • Strong understanding of SaaS technology, particularly in marketing or communication ecosystems
  • Experience in beauty or influencer marketing is highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience working in a consultative capacity with clients, including running workshops and delivering presentations
