Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to provide customer-obsessed service and maintain long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage ongoing customer support and facilitate additional services
  • Review and process customer complaints, escalations, and open tickets
  • Publish reports and maintain a detailed understanding of products and services
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of a high school diploma; 2-4 years of college or equivalent experience preferred
  • 2-3 years of telecommunications experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and respond to customers promptly
  • Previous customer service experience in a professional office setting
