Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage ongoing customer support and facilitate additional services
- Review and process customer complaints, escalations, and open tickets
- Publish reports and maintain a detailed understanding of products and services
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma; 2-4 years of college or equivalent experience preferred
- 2-3 years of telecommunications experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and respond to customers promptly
- Previous customer service experience in a professional office setting
