Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager: Tier One.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships for a portfolio of Tier 1 districts and schools, engaging through success plans and regular status calls
- Identify and achieve targets related to renewal rates, customer satisfaction, and account expansions
- Develop and execute retention plans for customers at risk, and advocate for districts internally to address concerns
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of direct client experience with large district accounts
- Experience in account portfolio planning and management
- Strong data analysis skills and experience with data-driven reporting
- Proficiency in Business Process Automation and knowledge of Salesforce CRM
- Must possess a humble, hungry, and smart attitude
