Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their Managed Services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the Voice of the Customer to align Quisitive solutions with client business needs
  • Build trusted relationships within client organizations and promote Quisitive solutions to drive revenue growth
  • Document business objectives and manage service escalations as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of project, account, or customer management experience
  • Level 100-200 understanding of Microsoft cloud products from a business user perspective
  • Experience in the Information Technology services and/or consulting industry
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to obtain Microsoft technical certifications within the first three months
