Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their Managed Services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Voice of the Customer to align Quisitive solutions with client business needs
- Build trusted relationships within client organizations and promote Quisitive solutions to drive revenue growth
- Document business objectives and manage service escalations as necessary
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of project, account, or customer management experience
- Level 100-200 understanding of Microsoft cloud products from a business user perspective
- Experience in the Information Technology services and/or consulting industry
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to obtain Microsoft technical certifications within the first three months
