Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage existing and new customers to improve retention and increase product adoption
- Lead the deployment and adoption of solutions while coordinating with various teams
- Conduct regular sessions to assess customer needs and drive awareness of product features
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Success Management or related fields in a SaaS company
- Familiarity with AppSec and Software Development Lifecycle Methodologies
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts and manage customer relationships
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com and Gainsight
- Background in application security, DevOps, or software development is an advantage
