Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager I to maintain long-term relationships with assigned customers and drive growth through excellent service and consultative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and driving advocacy
  • Manage customer renewal cycles and promote engagement to achieve positive net revenue retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and contribute to product development
Required Qualifications
  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of customer success or account management experience in a SaaS or software company
  • Experience in managing renewals, upsell, and expansion conversations
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers, particularly at the Executive level
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data analytical platforms
