Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and driving advocacy
- Manage customer renewal cycles and promote engagement to achieve positive net revenue retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and contribute to product development
Required Qualifications
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of customer success or account management experience in a SaaS or software company
- Experience in managing renewals, upsell, and expansion conversations
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers, particularly at the Executive level
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data analytical platforms
