Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with partners

  • Act as a partner advocate and contribute to building team processes and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Partner Success role
  • Experience in the Payments Industry or broader Fintech industry
  • Proficiency in Office products, Gmail, and strong knowledge of Excel
  • Familiarity with SaaS support and working with technical teams
  • Experience with merchant underwriting or sub-merchant onboarding is a plus
