- Act as a partner advocate and contribute to building team processes and procedures
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Partner Success role
- Experience in the Payments Industry or broader Fintech industry
- Proficiency in Office products, Gmail, and strong knowledge of Excel
- Familiarity with SaaS support and working with technical teams
- Experience with merchant underwriting or sub-merchant onboarding is a plus
