Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise RIA and BD customers, ensuring adoption, retention, and expansion
  • Lead pilots and onboarding to ensure seamless implementation and early engagement
  • Develop and execute customer success plans, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic check-ins
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consultative sales, preferably in WealthTech B2B SaaS or financial services
  • Strong understanding of financial services, including RIAs and BDs
  • Proven track record of owning renewals, upsells, and expansions with revenue accountability
  • Experience leading QBRs and account strategy discussions with executives
  • Preferred experience in a fast-growing startup and familiarity with customer health metrics
