Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- At least 6 years of professional experience, with 4 years in Customer Success or Account Management
- Preferred college degree or equivalent education
- Experience with SaaS products and managing customer outcomes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects
- Familiarity with CRM software and Google Suite
