Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage relationships with large and complex customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the success and health of large Event Creators, ensuring their needs are met
  • Provide strategic advice to customers on leveraging the platform for maximum results
  • Monitor customer performance and drive initiatives to improve engagement and retention
Required Qualifications
  • At least 6 years of professional experience, with 4 years in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Preferred college degree or equivalent education
  • Experience with SaaS products and managing customer outcomes
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Google Suite
