Job Summary
A company is looking for a Jr. Customer Success Manager to develop customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide new customers through onboarding and ensure effective product/service usage
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and support
- Monitor customer health metrics and implement strategies for retention and success planning
Required Qualifications
- 1-3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in customer management within a software, data, or SaaS environment
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple company functions
- History of presenting to executive-level customers and stakeholders
