Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide new customers through onboarding and ensure effective product/service usage
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and support
  • Monitor customer health metrics and implement strategies for retention and success planning
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in customer management within a software, data, or SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple company functions
  • History of presenting to executive-level customers and stakeholders
