Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage existing and new customers to improve retention and increase adoption of solutions
  • Lead the deployment and adoption of products, ensuring maximum value is realized
  • Conduct regular sessions to review customer health and drive awareness of product features
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Success Management, Technical Account Management, or Technical Support in a SaaS company
  • Familiarity with AppSec and Software Development Lifecycle Methodologies
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical architecture and integration of products
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com and Gainsight
  • Background in application security, DevOps, or software development is advantageous
