Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage existing and new customers to improve retention and increase adoption of solutions
- Lead the deployment and adoption of products, ensuring maximum value is realized
- Conduct regular sessions to review customer health and drive awareness of product features
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Success Management, Technical Account Management, or Technical Support in a SaaS company
- Familiarity with AppSec and Software Development Lifecycle Methodologies
- Ability to understand and communicate technical architecture and integration of products
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com and Gainsight
- Background in application security, DevOps, or software development is advantageous
