Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to engage and support customers in the hospitality SaaS industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a growing portfolio of customers and assist in their onboarding and success
- Collect and analyze customer success metrics and collaborate with account managers on customer journeys
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners and provide insights to enhance customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the hospitality SaaS industry
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry with vertical specialization a plus
- Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels
- Experience presenting to C-Level and technology leaders
- Familiarity with CRM tools and internal processes
