Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster and manage strong, strategic, long-term customer relationships
- Execute processes to improve customer engagement and adoption, driving value and renewal opportunities
- Serve as a point of escalation for customer issues and report on customer health to leadership
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, nursing, or related areas
- 3-5+ years of experience in healthcare and/or clinical operations within a technology/SaaS setting
- Healthcare IT background, preferably in Account Management or Customer Success
- Experience managing complex technical projects
- Expertise in communicating value to customers using data-driven insights
