Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster and manage strong, strategic, long-term customer relationships
  • Execute processes to improve customer engagement and adoption, driving value and renewal opportunities
  • Serve as a point of escalation for customer issues and report on customer health to leadership
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, nursing, or related areas
  • 3-5+ years of experience in healthcare and/or clinical operations within a technology/SaaS setting
  • Healthcare IT background, preferably in Account Management or Customer Success
  • Experience managing complex technical projects
  • Expertise in communicating value to customers using data-driven insights
