Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
- Experience with retention metrics, including planning and forecasting renewals and expansions
- Familiarity with Net Retention, upselling, and cross-selling strategies
- SaaS background preferred
- Technical aptitude to become a subject matter expert on the product
