Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Experience with retention metrics, including planning and forecasting renewals and expansions
  • Familiarity with Net Retention, upselling, and cross-selling strategies
  • SaaS background preferred
  • Technical aptitude to become a subject matter expert on the product
