Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance customer experiences and drive successful implementations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive adoption, retention, and expansion among customers by understanding their needs and crafting success plans
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders to enhance awareness and communication across districts
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams throughout the Customer Success journey to achieve long-term goals
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in building relationships and establishing rapport with customers
  • Ability to organize and lead project implementations effectively
  • Strong technical skills and a willingness to learn new software
  • Experience in Education and/or SaaS with large account implementations
  • Proactive approach to mitigating churn and handling objections for account renewal and expansion
