Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance customer satisfaction and product adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer engagements throughout their lifecycle
- Establish a consultative approach to ensure customer satisfaction and product adoption
- Develop success plans outlining critical success factors and metrics for customers
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of functional HCM or Financial domain experience
- 3+ years of experience supporting customer CSM engagements
- 3+ years in a customer-facing professional services role
- Experience working with the office of the CFO or CHRO preferred
- Previous SaaS experience is preferred
