Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance customer satisfaction and product adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer engagements throughout their lifecycle
  • Establish a consultative approach to ensure customer satisfaction and product adoption
  • Develop success plans outlining critical success factors and metrics for customers
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of functional HCM or Financial domain experience
  • 3+ years of experience supporting customer CSM engagements
  • 3+ years in a customer-facing professional services role
  • Experience working with the office of the CFO or CHRO preferred
  • Previous SaaS experience is preferred
