- Ensure a 6-star onboarding experience and drive product usage among customers
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in education, edtech marketing, community management, or related fields
- Deep knowledge of the Taiwanese education system and market
- Existing network with resellers, educators, and schools in Taiwan
- Strategic mindset with experience in growth strategy execution
- Strong command of written and spoken Mandarin Chinese/Taiwanese
