Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for Taiwan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with resellers and channel partners to drive product adoption and customer retention
  • Lead community efforts to build an engaging network of educators in Taiwan
  • Ensure a 6-star onboarding experience and drive product usage among customers
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in education, edtech marketing, community management, or related fields
  • Deep knowledge of the Taiwanese education system and market
  • Existing network with resellers, educators, and schools in Taiwan
  • Strategic mindset with experience in growth strategy execution
  • Strong command of written and spoken Mandarin Chinese/Taiwanese
