Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop multiple medium/large customer accounts, fostering trusted relationships and preparing success plans
  • Gather customer feedback and ensure customer success by facilitating governance meetings and addressing issues
  • Act as the primary contact between customers and internal teams, managing risks and ensuring timely support for customer needs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Sciences, or related field; relevant work experience may substitute
  • Minimum of 6+ years of functional and technical knowledge of SaaS platforms
  • Experience in a customer-facing, service-oriented role
  • Preferred knowledge of Duck Creek Suite and Platform, ChurnZero, Microsoft Azure, and SQL Server
  • 1-3 years of leadership experience preferred
