Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop multiple medium/large customer accounts, fostering trusted relationships
  • Ensure customer success and reference-ability by gathering feedback and improving user experience
  • Interface between customers and internal teams, managing risks and coordinating communication


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience with SaaS platforms
  • Experience in a customer-facing, service-oriented role
  • Preferred knowledge of Duck Creek Suite and Microsoft Azure
  • 1-3 years of leadership experience preferred
