Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop multiple medium/large customer accounts, fostering trusted relationships
- Ensure customer success and reference-ability by gathering feedback and improving user experience
- Interface between customers and internal teams, managing risks and coordinating communication
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience with SaaS platforms
- Experience in a customer-facing, service-oriented role
- Preferred knowledge of Duck Creek Suite and Microsoft Azure
- 1-3 years of leadership experience preferred
