Job Summary

A company is looking for a Founding Customer Success Manager to own and scale the post-sales customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end customer journey, including onboarding, product adoption, and renewals
  • Design and implement scalable Customer Success strategies aligned with customer lifecycle stages
  • Collaborate with Sales to drive upsells, cross-sells, and identify new revenue opportunities


Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Partnerships
  • Deep experience in Web3, blockchain, or infrastructure-as-a-service products
  • Proven track record of developing and executing Customer Success strategies
  • Experience managing large enterprise accounts and high-velocity digital-first users
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing
