Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to support enterprise customers and drive their success with the company's solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with enterprise customers to enhance retention and product adoption
- Serve as a strategic advisor, aligning solutions with customer goals and overseeing onboarding
- Monitor customer health and deliver success plans, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Professional Services, preferably in B2B SaaS or Salesforce
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and implementation cycles
- Proven experience managing complex, enterprise-level accounts
- Strategic mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Consultant, or Developer-level) are a plus
