Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to support enterprise customers and drive their success with the company's solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with enterprise customers to enhance retention and product adoption
  • Serve as a strategic advisor, aligning solutions with customer goals and overseeing onboarding
  • Monitor customer health and deliver success plans, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Professional Services, preferably in B2B SaaS or Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and implementation cycles
  • Proven experience managing complex, enterprise-level accounts
  • Strategic mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Consultant, or Developer-level) are a plus
